.......at least as far as it's boats go!
Who would have thought that Payton would be making a BIG buying decision in his life at age 9! Well that is what happened today! Grandave called this afternoon and asked if Payton and I could go and look at a boat he had seen on eBay that just happened to be 6 miles from the house.
We looked at it, took some pictures and video and next thing you know, Grandave has a new boat. We are excited to have him come down this weekend to pick it up. I offered to pull it back to Utah in July, but after Grandave stopped laughing he explained that my wimpy Honda Pilot could not make it even if it tried. :-) He's bringing his big American made Dodge truck to do the job right. [Payton is excited to see the truck also]
Anyhow, Payton is thrilled and has already requested a fishing trip on the new boat when we arrive in Utah in July.

One funny note, Grandave mentioned to us that he was also looking at a boat in Minnesota and he wasn't sure which one he would buy. When Payton heard this he asked, "Dad, when are we going to Minnesota to look at that other boat for Grandave?"

Now that Grandave has made a major purchase in Texas there is only one thing left to do......MOVE HERE!! Come on y'all!
